The apartment
Our penthouse apartment is situated in the Naranjo building (block 3), on the higher part of the domain, providing an breathtaking view on the nature and mediterranean sea. Tastefully decorated and fully-equiped, no detail is spared!

- Room 1 : king size bed (180cm) with built-in wardrobe, private bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet
- Room 2 : queen size bed (160cm) with built-in wardrobe

- Fully-equiped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooker, nespresso machine

- The large living room window can slide completely into the wall to enlarge even more the outside feeling.
- Terrace (26m²) with lounge set and electrical awning
- Rooftop (89m²) with dining table, gas barbecue and even an outside shower to refresh from your sunbath on the lounger
Parking space
- Our apartment has a fixed parking space in the underground garage
- For your friends and guests there is also a parking lot in front of the building
Swimming pool
- The swimming pool and sun loungers are at your disposal whenever you feel like it
- For the ones who like to swim laps, the pool also has a section of 25m long.
Services
- Mandatory: Bedlinen for all beds and towels (1 big and 1 regular per person) for all guests: €30 / booking
- Mandatory: Final cleaning after your departure to make sure every new tenant gets a clean and tidy apartment: €100 / booking
- Optional : An extra fee is requested by our keyholder upon your arrival after 20h: €20
- Optional : One extra big bath towel for all guetsts, to be used for the swimming pool, sun loungers, …: €20 / booking
Deposit:
- A deposti of €400 needs to be paid by banktransfer before receiving the key and will be refunded after the final cleanup when no damages have been determined.
