Car Rental

At the airport, there are many car rental agencies. Off season car rental can be quite cheap.

If you choose a full-full deal (for the fuel), there is a GALP gas station on the AP-70 very close to the aiport of Alicante.

The Apartment

To access the apartment through the front door, take Entrada E

In the garage you can park on space number 59

Internet Access

Wireless network

There is free wifi in the apartment.

Look for the SSID (network name) House_59 or House_59_5G
The password is written in the information map in the apartment

Cabled network

Throughout the apartment, as well as on the solarium, there are different RJ45 wall outlets. Bring your network cable if you wish to wish to make a wired connection.

Domotica

The apartment is controlled by a KNX domotica system. The manual of the system is available in the apartment on the backside of the right closet door at the entrance. You can also download the manual here.

Air conditioning

The apartment has air conditioning in the living, kitchen and all three bedrooms. The AC can only be controlled through the touch panel of the domotica system.

Here’s how to access it:

On the main screen, tap GENERAL
Tap the third icon
Here you can swtich the AC on/off, change the temperature and mode (cooling or heating )

Awning

The awning above the terrace must also be operated via the touch panel of the domotica system.

On the main screen, tap EXTERIOR
To open or collect the awning, tap on the second icon
- Open completely with 1 click (100%)
- Close completely with 1 click (0%)
To swith on/off the light in the awning, tap on the first icon
- Light is on
- Light is off
